All clinical services are provided via telehealth. By engaging with services, you acknowledge:

• You are responsible for maintaining a private, secure environment

• Technology failures may occur

• Alternative arrangements may be required if disruptions occur

5. Eligibility

Services are intended for adults (18+) who are appropriate for outpatient telehealth psychiatric care. We reserve the right to decline services if a clinical fit is not appropriate.

6. Consultation Requests

Submitting a consultation request:

• Does not guarantee acceptance as a patient

• Does not establish a provider–patient relationship

• May result in follow-up communication to determine fit

7. Payment Model

Selective Psychiatry operates as a concierge-style, self-pay practice:

• We do not bill insurance

• Fees will be disclosed prior to initiation of services

• Payment is required in accordance with the membership or service agreement

8. Communication

Patients are expected to use the secure patient portal for communication. We do not guarantee immediate responses to messages. Response times and communication expectations are defined in the patient agreement.

9. Controlled Substances Policy

Selective Psychiatry maintains a structured and clinically conservative approach to prescribing. The practice does not provide benzodiazepine-only treatment and reserves the right to decline or modify prescribing based on clinical judgment.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Selective Psychiatry shall not be liable for any damages arising from:

• Use of this website

• Reliance on website content

• Technical interruptions
